Reminder: Providers Submitting Refund Checks to HNE

Please remember to contact our Provider Claims Queue at 413-233-5026 before submitting any refund checks specific to an overpayment of a claim. This will allow our Claims Department to pend the applicable claim. By contacting the Queue prior to sending the refund, it will ensure the proper posting of your refund.

You can reach the Queue between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. (with the exception of 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.) Monday through Friday.
