Magellan Codes Requiring Authorization

Please read the following update related to various Health New England programs and changes that may have an impact on your patients and/or your practice.
Magellan additional/new codes requiring authorization:
Effective January 1, 2017, the drugs listed below will require authorization through Magellan RX Management. Please remember, all urgent requests for authorization can be requested through the Magellan Rx customer service line. However, the preferred method of authorization request is through the Magellan web portal. You can access the portal by logging on to http://ih.magellanrx.com.

- Glassia J0257
- Blincyto J9039
- Inflectra Q5102
