Pharmacy Statin Program for 1/1/2011

Please click on the link below to view the Statin Program letter that is being mailed out to approximately 1500 HNE members that are currently filling the following medications:
- Altoprev
- Crestor 5mg, 10mg, 20mg
- Lescol 20mg, 40mg
- Lescol XL 80mg
- Lipitor 10mg, 20mg, 40mg
- Pravachol 40mg
- Vytorin 10-10mg, 10-20mg, 10-40mg
- Zocor 20mg
HNE’s Pharmacy Department is offering members who are currently filling the above brands and strengths a 3 months $0 copay if they switch to the generic simvastatin, pravastatin or lovastatin as of 1/1/2011.
**This program does not apply to those members currently filling the generics**
