The following policy was reviewed and updated:
Readmission to Inpatient Level of Care – Effective 12/1/2022, policy updated to be more comprehensive and in agreement with CMS descriptions of readmission.
Telehealth (Telemedicine) Services – Effective 12/1/2022, policy updated to be more comprehensive and aligned to CMS.
