Paperless Communications (Effective 12/1/2023)

Health New England has shared, since 2017, our hopes of going paperless and providing all notices, including 60-day change notices electronically. Effective 12/1/2023, Health New England will no longer print and mail the ProviderMatters communications. On this date, you can locate the notices on our public site at http://hnetalk.com/provider/home. Using the search button, you can locate past and present topics or utilize the “Archives” section on that page to find historical communications. You also have the option to print a copy.
If you prefer to have the communication emailed to you directly, we encourage you to sign up for ProviderMatters at http://hnetalk.com/provider/home. On the right side of this page, there is a place to enter your email address. It is that simple. If you wish to discontinue receiving these communications in your inbox, simply send your Provider Relations Representative a note to providerrelations@hne.com and we will remove you from our system.
