Medicare EOC – Online for existing members

In our continued effort to go green, our Medicare Advantage members only received an Annual Notice of Change document, explaining the changes to their plan for the upcoming 2019 year. As of September 30, 2018, members had access to www.healthnewengland.org/members/eoc to view and download a copy of their Evidence of Coverage (EOC). They can also call our member services department.
As always, new members to our plans, will receive a full EOC and providers in our network can reference eligibility and benefit information within our Provider Portal.
