MassHealth All Provider Bulletin 417: Updates to Managed Care Enrollment Rules

Health New England was recently informed by MassHealth of some changes to managed care enrollment rules. Please see the All-Provider Bulletin (APB) 417 for more information. Additionally, the member notices mailed in July 2026 are linked here for reference:
MassHealth members currently enrolled in our BeHealthy Partnership plan who are impacted by these changes may continue to see their providers if they are in the MassHealth fee-for-service network.
If you want to enroll as a MassHealth fully participating provider and therefore be able to provide services to MassHealth fee-for-service members, visit https://www.mass.gov/service-details/masshealth-provider-regulations to review information on MassHealth program participatory regulations and visit the MassHealth Provider Self-Service site to request an application.
