Back in December 2020, Health New England informed you of our partnership with Healthmap Solutions, our kidney health care manager.Over the course of the two years with this program, members from each of our product lines participated. However, recently we made a decision to align this program with only our Medicare Advantage product line.
Over the next few weeks, in collaboration with Healthmap, we will communicate directly with participating members and their physicians to ensure the member’s care is not impacted by this decision.
