Advance Care Focus Group

Recently a letter went out regarding an upcoming focus group on why Advance Care Planning conversation are not taking place. This focus group will center the discussion around education resources, and how Health New England can support providers with this conversation.
The focus group will be held on Wednesday, October 24, at 7:30 a.m. at the Baystate Health Education Center, 361 Whitney Avenue, Holyoke, MA. The session will last approximately one hour. Breakfast will be provided, and a call-in number can be made available, if necessary.
