SPICE: Sugar, quick! Name everything you’ve done for yourself today that is good for you! SUGAR: Well Spice, funny you should ask. I went to the gym at 5am this morning and had a great work out! Little bit of weight training for my arms followed by a trot on the treadmill.

This will be my third year participating. Just like your body your mind and creativity can use a little exercise too. Thing-a-day is a collective creative blog that lives for one month every February. I compiled this list some time ago and I’m sure there are new ones. These games are great to just stick the game or cards on your desk or in a common area at work. Take 15 minute try to do any of the challenges by yourself, with a coworker or your family.
