HNE Mobile App Upgrade

We’ve upgraded the HNE Mobile App. Here is a list of enhancements:
- Updated the ID card to match the physical ID card more accurately
- Replaced the HNE logo with a new HNE logo
- Updated the contact information on the app
- Added the logo for Catamaran, our new Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM)
The app is free of charge to any smartphone user. Go to hne.com/mobile/index.html to download the application now.
Note that if you upgrade your HNE Mobile App, you may need to re-register at HNE.com using your mobile device.

Registered my ID # on the mobile app, however, when I choose My ID Card on the app, nothing appears. Does it perhaps take some time to generate in your system prior to being able to access the card? Please let me know. Thank you.
I’m sorry you are having trouble with the application. Did you get a confimation on the screen that you registered successfully?
