\nYou can request a phone or online video consultation with a Teladoc physician for non-emergency medical issues such as treatment for flu, allergies, bronchitis and more. Teladoc physicians can also prescribe non-narcotic, short-term prescriptions.\u00a0As a Health New England Medicare Advantage member, you can have a Teladoc consultation for\u00a0$0 copay.<\/p>\nPlease note that Teladoc should not be used for treatment of chronic conditions and is not intended to replace your PCP. Always contact your PCP first for non-emergency medical issues. However, if you are unable to reach your PCP, you have Teladoc. If your PCP\u2019s fax number is provided, Teladoc will send a copy of the visit to your PCP after the consultation.<\/p>\n
