Our thoughts are with you, your loved ones and the local health\u00a0care professionals that have worked tirelessly over the past six months to help those in need. With our members going through so much, it\u2019s important to remember one thing: we\u2019re in this together.\u00a0During the COVID-19 state of emergency, we\u2019ve implemented the following measures to help you:<\/p>\n<p>1. <strong>Testing &amp; Treatment:<\/strong> No out-of-pocket costs for COVID-19 diagnostic testing ordered\u00a0by a medical professional, and medically necessary emergency department, inpatient\u00a0and outpatient services, including professional, diagnostic and laboratory services\u00a0related to COVID-19.<br \/>\n2. <strong>Telehealth:<\/strong> No out-of-pocket costs for telehealth services for all conditions with\u00a0network providers and with Teladoc<span style=\"font-size: 75%; vertical-align: super;\">\u00ae<\/span>, our telehealth platform.<br \/>\n3. <strong>Prior Approvals:<\/strong> Removed prior authorizations for members receiving medical care for\u00a0COVID-19.<br \/>\n4. <strong>Rx Refills:<\/strong> Allowing early refills consistent with federal, state and local guidance.
