As part of our commitment to help keep your health care costs down while still\u00a0providing you with the highest possible level of quality, Health New England is\u00a0changing our pharmacy benefits manager from Castia Rx to OptumRx\u00ae<\/sup>. Beginning\u00a0on January 1, 2020, OptumRx will administer prescription drug benefits for our\u00a0Medicare Advantage members who have prescription drug coverage through one of our plans.<\/p>\n

New ID Card Coming with New Rx Information<\/strong>
\n\"\"<\/a>Because of the transition to OptumRx, members will be issued a\u00a0new Health New England Medicare Advantage member ID card\u00a0that will have new pharmacy information. Your new card will arrive\u00a0in the mail before January 1, 2020. Begin using your new Health\u00a0New England Medicare Advantage ID card on January 1, 2020, and destroy your old card. Be sure to show your new ID card the\u00a0next time you go to the doctor and when filling any prescriptions.\u00a0We have notified our network pharmacies and providers about the\u00a0change to OptumRx.<\/p>\n

\nIf you currently have prescription coverage from Health New England, you should\u00a0have received a letter from us about this transition. Please refer to that letter for\u00a0more details.
\nIf you have any questions about your 2020 prescription benefits or home delivery,\u00a0please call OptumRx Member Services toll-free at (800) 393-0395 (TTY: 711),\u00a0Monday \u2013 Friday, 9 a.m. \u2013 9 p.m., and Sat.\/Sun., 9 a.m. \u2013 6 p.m. Eastern Time.
