As a member of Health New England Medicare Advantage, your preventive care benefit covers both your annual well-care visit and your annual physical exam at a $0 copay.1<\/p>\n
If you have already had your 2018 annual well-care visit, please log into the Member Portal at my.healthnewengland.org and fill out a brief Annual Well-Care Visit Submission Form by\u00a0December 1st to receive a gift card. Remember to do the same thing next year once you\u2019ve completed your 2019 annual well-care visit. (Information submitted is subject to claims verification.)<\/p>\n
