SPRINGFIELD, Mass., August 14, 2017<\/strong> \u2013 Health New England and Trinity Health Of New England today announced they have resolved their dispute regarding their names and trademarks.\u00a0 \u201cTrinity Health – New England\u201d is now \u201cTrinity Health Of New England.\u201d\u00a0 The specific terms of the Agreement are confidential, but both sides are pleased with the resolution. \u201cWe are pleased to have resolved this matter and look forward to moving ahead as Trinity Health Of New England, a name that accurately represents both our ties to Trinity Health at a national level and the local communities we serve,\u201d said Joe Connolly, Vice President for Marketing and Communications at Trinity Health Of New England.\u00a0 \u201cHealth New England strives to make health care simple and clear for the people in the communities we serve, and we are pleased to have resolved this issue regarding the names of the organizations,\u201d said Ashley Allen, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Health New England.<\/p>\n
