Use the Member Portal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Managing your health care benefits can be easy when you use the tools available on Health New England\u2019s member portal. As a Health New England member, all you have to do is go to <a href=\"http:\/\/my.healthnewengland.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">my.HealthNewEngland.org<\/a> and log in or click \u201cRegister\u201d if you haven\u2019t logged in before.<\/p>\n<p>Once logged in, check out these great member portal features and tools:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Claims and EOBs*<\/strong> \u2013 View recently processed medical and pharmacy claims or download an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) for medical claims that have a member cost responsibility.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Provider Search<\/strong> \u2013 Find a provider, see who\u2019s accepting new patients, or change your PCP selection.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Benefit Details<\/strong> \u2013 Reference benefits included in your health plan.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pharmacy Benefits<\/strong> \u2013 Learn about your personal pharmacy benefits, look up drugs and pharmacies, sign up for mail order and more.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cost of Care Calculator<\/strong> \u2013 Estimate the cost of medical treatments or services, and compare costs among area providers to help you make the most cost-effective choice.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Teladoc\u00ae (24\/7 access to a physician)*<\/strong>* \u2013 Get to Teladoc, your telehealth benefit, directly with single sign-on \u2013 some of your member information is pre-populated, making registration simple.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In addition, if you\u2019re enrolled in a high deductible health plan, the member portal gives you one-click access to your health savings account (HSA) information on HealthEquity\u2019s website.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Register today<br \/>\n<\/strong>If you haven\u2019t done so already, register today at my.HealthNewEngland.org. Also, encourage your covered dependents (age 18+) to register as well.<\/p>\n<p>*<em>Explanations of Benefits (EOBs) are provided in electronic format on the member portal and are <strong>not<\/strong> mailed to members. You can print an EOB from the Claims page on the member portal, or you can change your mailing preferences to have your EOBs mailed to your home. To do this, log into the member portal at my.HealthNewEngland.org and mouse over your name at the top right of the page. Click \u201cMember Preferences\u201d and check the box for \u201cManage my Paperless Preferences\u201d to change your mailing preferences.
