We know you have many health plan options and are glad you chose Health New England as your health partner. We have a lot to share with you and hope you will take some time to read through our member newsletter. Twice a year, we send this member newsletter to you to help keep you informed about member events, benefits, general health information and other reminders. We also periodically share helpful articles online at <a href=\"http:\/\/HNEtalk.com\/medicare\" target=\"_blank\"><em>HNEtalk.com\/medicare<\/em><\/a>. We encourage you to check it out, and check back often.<\/p>\n<p>We take pride in ensuring our members understand their plans and we are always here to help. One of the nice things about being a local company is that we are able to meet with you one-on-one. If you haven\u2019t yet visited our office at One Monarch Place, 15<sup>th<\/sup> floor, in downtown Springfield, Massachusetts, we invite you to come in and meet with a member of our Medicare Advantage team. Our walk-in hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.<\/p>\n<p>You can also call our Member Services team at <strong>(413) 787-0010<\/strong> or toll-free at <strong>(877) 443-3314<\/strong>. If you do and you are happy with your Health New England plan and service, give us a referral.
