Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest will be directed only to Sponsor.<\/p>\n<p>Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Contest constitutes entrants full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and the decisions of the Sponsor and its Agents, which are final and binding in all respects.\u00a0 Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.<\/p>\n<p>Contest Period: The Contests begins on November 3, 2016 9:00 A.M. EST and ends on November 3, 2016 3:00 P.M. EST (the Contest Period).\u00a0 Entries that are submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified.\u00a0 Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the Contest Period at its sole discretion.<\/p>\n<p>How to Enter: You can enter the Grand Prize Contest by dropping your business card into our basket at the Health New England\u00a0table during the Western Mass Business Expo. If you do not have a business card available, you must fill out an entry card. Entrant is allowed one (1) entry only.<\/p>\n<p>You can enter the Healthy Tweet Contest by liking our Twitter page @HNEinc. Then tag us, @HNEinc, in a tweet telling us what you do to stay healthy and include the hashtag #wmbewin. (For example: @HNEinc I stay healthy by running a mile a day #wmbewin). Entrant page must be public in order for Sponsor to view the entry.\u00a0 Entrant will receive one (1) entry per tweet.<\/p>\n<p>Prize Drawing: All eligible entries received during the Contest Period will be gathered at the end of the Contract Period and the winners will be chosen at random.\u00a0 The winners will be announced at\u00a0or about November 4, 2016, on or about 12:00 P.M. EST.\u00a0 The winner of the Grand Prize Contest will receive a phone call providing them with instructions on how to collect their prize.\u00a0 Announcement and instructions for the Healthy Tweet Contest prize will be sent via the social media where the winning \u201chealthy tweet\u201d was posted.\u00a0 Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his\/her social media account for prize notification and receipt or other communications related to the Contest.\u00a0 If the potential prize winner cannot be reached by Sponsor within fifteen (15) days, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize.\u00a0 If the winner is under eighteen (18) years of age, Sponsor will award the prize in the name of his\/her parent or legal guardian.\u00a0 The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received.<\/p>\n<p>Grand Prize: One (1) gym membership for a year to One Eight Fit Gym.\u00a0 Prize value is $780. Major restrictions may apply to the use, availability or receipt of this prize.<\/p>\n<p>Twitter Prize: One (1) 38mm Series 1 Apple Watch. Prize value is $269 plus applicable taxes. Major restrictions may apply to the use, availability or receipt of this prize.<\/p>\n<p>Terms and conditions may apply.\u00a0 Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner.\u00a0 All federal, state and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize is solely the responsibility of the winner.<\/p>\n<p>ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS<br \/>\nPrize is non-transferable. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of the Contests is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Contests, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the Contests cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor\u2019s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Contests. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue.
