As part of an ongoing effort to minimize our impact on the environment, Explanations of Benefits (EOBs) are now provided in electronic format on our secure member portal at <a href=\"https:\/\/my.healthnewengland.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">my.HealthNewEngland.org <\/a>and are no longer being automatically mailed to members.<\/p>\n<p>The newly enhanced HNE member portal offers a user-friendly format for claim details and comprehensive information about coverage and member responsibility, among <a href=\"https:\/\/hnetalk.com\/member\/2015\/11\/12\/health-new-england-member-portal\/\" target=\"_blank\">other enhancements<\/a>. You can also group claims together for a consolidated view of related treatments.<\/p>\n<p>You continue to have the ability to print an EOB from the Claims page on the member portal, but if you would still prefer to have your EOBs mailed to your home, you can follow one of two options to request it:<\/p>\n<p>1) Log into the member portal at <a href=\"https:\/\/my.healthnewengland.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">my.HealthNewEngland.org <\/a>and follow these steps to change your communication preferences:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the left hand navigation, click the \u201cChange my mailing preferences\u201d link to get you to the Member Preferences page.<\/li>\n<li>On the Member Preferences page:\n<ol>\n<li>Check the \u201cManage my Paperless Preferences\u201d box.<\/li>\n<li>Check the \u201cSend Me a Printed Copy\u201d box to receive a hard copy of your Explanation of Benefits in the mail.<\/li>\n<li>Click \u201cSave\u201d before leaving the page. You will receive an email confirming your change.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\n2) Contact HNE Member Services at (413) 787-4004 or (800) 310-2835. For TTY\/TTD, (800) 439-2370.
