We\u2019ll ask the folks in Enrollment and print their answers in the next issue of the newsletter.<\/p>\n<p>Here are a few questions that have come in to Enrollment by phone in recent months:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Q. <\/strong><\/span>Why do I receive multiple mailings of ID cards?<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">A. <\/span><\/strong>ID cards are generated for multiple reasons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When you add a \t\t\t\tdependent<\/li>\n<li>When you remove  \t\ta dependent<\/li>\n<li>If your copayments or \t\t\tdeductibles change<\/li>\n<li>If your plan benefits \t\t\t\tchange<\/li>\n<li>If you re-enroll with us<\/li>\n<li>If you renew your \t\t\t\tcoverage with us<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you feel you\u2019ve received new cards in error, or if there is a mistake on your card, please contact HNE Member Services at 413.787.4004 or toll-free at 800.310.2835.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>With this issue of Living Well for HNE Members we\u2019re starting a new column, Ask HNE Enrollment.
