HNE covers these services 100% \u2013 you pay nothing.* We\u2019ve done this for years, not because we have to, but because it is the right thing to do.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is preventive care?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preventive care includes periodic health evaluations, like annual physicals. It does not include services to treat an existing illness, injury, or condition.<\/p>\n<p>The health care industry uses medical guidelines to identify preventive care. Medical guidelines describe appropriate care and treatment. Guidelines also indicate what you can do to stay healthy and prevent illness. HNE used these guidelines to decide which services don\u2019t require a copayment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What services don\u2019t require a copayment?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Routine Prenatal and \t\t\t\tWell-child Care<\/li>\n<li>Adult Routine Exams<\/li>\n<li>Child and Adult \t\t\t\tImmunizations<\/li>\n<li>Annual OB\/GYN Exams<\/li>\n<li>Annual Routine  \t\tVision Exams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For plans with a deductible, these in-plan services will not apply to the deductible either.<\/p>\n<p><em>*\tDoes not apply to any self-funded \t\tgroup that has elected to be a \t\t\tGrandfathered Health Plan (GHP).\t\tFederal regulators determine what  \tis a grandfathered plan.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Staying healthy involves commitment \u2013 to eating right, staying active, and scheduling regular check-ups with your doctor.
