  1. Don\u2019t be afraid to call. It won\u2019t affect your eligibility for MassHealth.<\/em>
    \nSome people are afraid that we will ask questions that lead to them losing their healthcare. Don\u2019t worry! That can\u2019t happen. Member Services asks you questions only to make sure we know who you are and have the right address to send you information. We do not re-check your eligibility. We might ask if we can give MassHealth your new address so they can send you forms. We don\u2019t give them any information unless you say to do so.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. It\u2019s important that you make sure we have your correct address.<\/em>
    \nOf every 10 items we mail, 3 or 4 don\u2019t get to members because the address is wrong. That means lots of people are not getting their ID cards or other important mailings! That\u2019s why we always ask for your address when you call Member Services. If you\u2019re not sure we have your current address, please call and give it to us. We only use it to send you things you need for your healthcare.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. We can answer your questions in any language.<\/em>
    \nIf you are confused about your benefits or medication, or need help finding a doctor, call us. In fact, call us with any question at all. We can speak every language on earth, including English, Spanish, Polish, French, Portuguese, and Russian.<\/li>\n
