\"Fitness<\/a>Did you know that HNE will reimburse you for the fitness and smoking cessation costs? It is true, through HNE\u2019s Fitness and Smoking Reimbursement Programs.<\/p>\n

Here is how it works.<\/p>\n

First you pay for each program yourself, then submit the Reimbursement form to HNE. As long as the activity meets the reimbursement criteria, we will send you a reimbursement. A dated proof of payment will be required, and you must apply no later than March 31st of the following year. More details are outlined below:<\/p>\n

Fitness Reimbursement
\nYou may be eligible to receive up to $150 per family per calendar year for:
\n\u2022\tFitness club memberships (must have cardio equipment)
\n\u2022\tWeight Watchers
\n\u2022\tPersonal trainers
\n\u2022\tSchool and town sports (newly added!)
\n\u2022\tAerobic and wellness classes, such as: Pilates, yoga, spinning, aerobics, strength training, tai chi, kickboxing, martial arts, etc. (newly added!)
\n\u2022\tAthletic events, such as: 5K, Half Marathon, Tough Mudder, Triathlon, etc. (newly added!)<\/p>\n

To Apply for Fitness Reimbursement
\nCall Member Services at 413.787.4004 or (toll free) at 800.310.2835 (TTY\/TDD users should call 1-800-439-2370) to find out if you are eligible. Representatives are available Monday- Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

\n4. Select the Fitness Reimbursement Form in English or Spanish.<\/p>\n

Smoking Cessation
\nThis benefit was previously available only to members with certain health conditions, but has now been expanded to include anyone who smokes. HNE will reimburse you up to $50 for attending a smoking cessation class or hypnosis session. The form includes resources to help you find a program.<\/p>\n
