To determine the correct tax ID number to use, find the group number on your Health New England Member ID card:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If the Group number begins with the letter S, then use the tax ID number 043012347.<\/li>\n<li>If your Group number begins with any other letter or number, use the tax ID number: 042864973.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For mailing purposes, if you were enrolled in Health New England at any time in 2014, Health New England will mail the MA 1099-HC tax form to you by <strong>January 31, 2015<\/strong>.
