This new HNE Healthy Directions program has been designed to help you become a master of your health. By completing a few simple health activities you will gain a better understanding of your health and learn ways to better manage it.<\/p>\n

HNE wants to encourage and reward you for taking important steps to improve your health. The three step program includes having you complete the health activities outlined below, then will be entered into a monthly and year-end raffle.*<\/p>\n

Here is how the member program works:

STEP 1: Complete Your Health Assessment

\nHealth Assessments are tools that can help you better understand your health risks. This may be the first step on your journey to a healthier direction.<\/em><\/p>\n

How to complete your Health Assessment:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0 First time users visit webmdhealth.com\/hne<\/a> and click
\non Register.
\n<\/strong>\u2022\u00a0 Returning users visit webmdhealth.com\/hne<\/a> and log in to begin.<\/p>\n

Complete your Health Assessment for a chance to win a monthly and year-end raffle*!
\n\u2022\u00a0 For every month after you have completed your Health Assessment, you will receive an automatic entry into a monthly raffle drawing for a chance \u00a0to win a $100 Visa gift card.
\n\u2022 For an automatic entry into the year-end raffle you must complete your\u00a0Health Assessment by December 31, 2014 for a chance to win a $500 Visa gift card.<\/p>\n

STEP 2: Complete Your Biometric Screening<\/strong>

\"Step-2-Biometrics\"<\/a>Biometric Screenings provide measurements of your health that can help you work towards maintaining or improving your health status.<\/em><\/p>\n

How to complete your Biometrics Screening:<\/strong>

\n\u2022 Print the Biometric Screening Results Release Form<\/a> and bring it to your provider to fill out.
\n\u2022 Mail the completed form to:

\n\u2022 When you have finished with your Biometric Screening, watch the Understanding our Biometrics<\/a> webinar to learn more about what your biometric numbers mean.<\/p>\n

STEP 3: Set Your Health Goals with My Health Assistant

\n\"Step-3-WebMD\"<\/a>You now have a good idea of your current health status. Set a Healthy Direction by using My Health Assistant.<\/em><\/p>\n

How to set and complete Health Goals:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Log into the Healthy Directions web-portal, at webmdhealth.com\/hne<\/a> and use the My Health Assistant to set and complete your Health Goals.
\n<\/strong>
\n<\/em>Complete your Health Goals for a chance to win a monthly and year-end raffle*!
\n<\/strong><\/em>\u2022 For every month after you have completed your first Health Goal, you will receive an automatic entry into a monthly raffle drawing for a chance to win a $100 Visa gift card.
\n\u2022 For an automatic entry into the year-end raffle you must complete your first Health Goal by December 31, 2014 for a chance to win a $500 Visa gift card.

* Restrictions apply<\/strong>
\n\u2022 You must be 18 years or older and have a valid<\/strong> Health New England Membership ID<\/strong> to be entered into any raffle.
\n\u2022 When registering, you must use your full 11 digit Member ID number<\/strong> including the last two numbers.<\/strong> (Example: 01, 02)
\n\u2022 Must have online access to participate in this program.
\n\u2022 Program applies to HNE\u2019s Fully Funded group insurance membership only<\/strong>.
\n\u2022 Only health activities completed between January 1, 2014 and December 31, 2014 will
\nbe accepted.
\n\u2022 You must be an HNE Plan Member on the date of the raffle drawing to be eligible for prizes.<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Drawing will occur at end of each calendar month, Winners will be notified within 2-3 weeks
\nfrom drawing.<\/p>\n
