Completing your CAHPS survey is crucial for personalized care. Your input shapes the future of your health plan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Survey Tips:<\/strong> Be sure to think about your health and your personal experience with your healthcare in the last 6 months of 2025. The following tips may help clarify some aspects of the surveys:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you do not have prescription coverage with your Health New England plan, skip the \u201cYour Prescription Drug Plan\u201d section on the survey.<\/li>\n<li>Answer only the questions that apply to you by putting an \u201cX\u201d in the box to the left of your answer. If a question doesn\u2019t apply to you, an arrow tells you what question to answer next,<br \/>\nfor example \u201c[If No, Go to Question 3].\u201d<\/li>\n<li>If someone helps you with the survey, be sure to answer these questions: \u201cDid someone help you complete this survey?\u201d and \u201cHow did that person help you?\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why Your Opinion Counts:<\/strong> Your responses about your experience with Health New England and your doctors help us to design services and outreach programs to better assist you.
