The UnitedHealthcare Options PPO network includes over 684,000 physicians and 5,400 hospitals and is accessible throughout 44 states and territories outside of CT, MA, ME, NH, RI, and VT.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Finding a Provider<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>PPO plan members can search for a provider in our local in-plan network, in MultiPlan\u2019s PHCS network (within New England), and in the UnitedHealthcare Options PPO network (outside of New England) by visiting <a href=\"http:\/\/healthnewengland.org\/provider-search\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">healthnewengland.org\/provider-search<\/a> and navigating to the PPO section.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Questions?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you have questions about your plan coverage or medical claims, or need help finding a provider, please call Health New England Member Services at (413) 787-4004 or toll-free at (800) 310-2835 (TTY: 711).
