During August, Health New England members* can \u201cFall Into a Healthy Routine.\u201d If you haven\u2019t yet done so this year, take the first step towards the healthiest version of yourself by completing our new and improved health assessment.<\/p>\n

The health assessment can be found on the Health New England Healthy Directions portal<\/a><\/strong>, powered by WebMD ONE\u00ae. By completing your health assessment with updated questions, a modernized look and improved answer choices, you will experience a more user-friendly results page to empower health changes.<\/p>\n

  1. Go to webmdhealth.com\/hne<\/a><\/strong> with your 11-digit Health New England member ID ready.<\/li>\n
  2. Click CREATE ACCOUNT<\/strong>, then click CONTINUE<\/strong> on the registration page.<\/li>\n
  3. Enter new user information.<\/li>\n
  4. Take a quick quiz to personalize your WebMD ONE<\/strong> experience.<\/li>\n
  5. To access the WebMD Health Assessment, click the Health Assessment card.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
