Hello! Are you a member of a Health New England (HNE) commercial, Medicare, or Medicaid (Be Healthy) health insurance plan? If so, we\u2019d like to invite you to participate in user testing of our on-line Provider Search on hne.com.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Testing will be conducted through an on-line tool through a website called Usertesting.com.<\/p>\n

To be an online tester, you must meet two requirements:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. You must be at least 18 years old<\/li>\n
  2. You must have your own PC or Mac (Mac OS X 10.7 or higher) and a broadband Internet connection. You can record your voice with a microphone or by telephone.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If you participate in the online testing, we will pay you for your time!<\/strong> We\u2019ll show you how you can participate in this easy test from the comfort of your home, and be reimbursed for your efforts!<\/p>\n

    Please provide us with the following information, and we\u2019ll contact you about the testing:<\/p>\n

    3. Please include the words User Testing in the Subject line of your email<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
