Now is a great time to check in with your primary care provider (PCP) to make sure you\u2019ve gotten your age-appropriate immunizations. Keep in mind that Health New England covers vaccinations as recommended by your doctor (copays may apply).<\/p>\n<p><strong>The CDC recommends the following vaccines for healthy adults over 50 years of age:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Shingles vaccine<\/strong>: Protects against shingles and the complications from the disease. Your risk increases as you age.
