Schedule yours with your primary care provider (PCP) today. When you call to schedule your annual well-care visit, ask if your PCP can do it as a telehealth visit. During this time of COVID-19 social distancing and beyond, many PCPs are conducting preventive care visits over the telephone or online.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Medications, Screenings and Vaccinations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>During your visit, be sure to talk with your doctor about the medications you are taking,\u00a0 if you are taking them correctly, and if you have any side effects from them. In addition, don\u2019t forget to ask about what screenings and vaccinations you are due for and get those scheduled before your visit is over.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Get Rewarded<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Once you\u2019ve had your well-care visit or annual physical, fill out a brief Preventive Care Visit Submission Form on our secure Member Portal at <a href=\"http:\/\/my.healthnewengland.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">my.healthnewengland.org<\/a> to receive a $20 gift card.<sup>*<\/sup> If you can\u2019t access our Member Portal, please call Member Services toll-free at (877) 443-3314 (TTY: 711), 8:00 a.m.\u20148:00 p.m., Monday\u2014Friday, for assistance filling out the form.<\/p>\n<p><em>*2021 Rewards Program is limited to one reward per year and must be claimed by 12\/31\/2021. Information submitted is subject to claims verification.
