Health New England values the opinions of our Medicare Advantage members. We are currently looking for members to join our upcoming focus groups. Please take this opportunity to share your thoughts with us on benefits and plans, member events, marketing materials and anything else on your mind. To sign up today, just let your Member Services representative know which focus group you can attend – March 27th or March 30th.
What are they and why are we holding them? The upcoming Member Focus Groups are specifically for our current Medicare Advantage members. We value the opinions of our members and are looking for their feedback. We will ask a series of questions and get their thoughts and opinions on several key topics. This will help us when designing plans, changing benefits, designing marketing materials and planning member events.
