Join Baystate Health Palliative Care experts and Michelle Sikes, Esq., Schmidt & Sikes, for a discussion about advance care planning. Topics will include terms and barriers associated with advanced directives, as well as the forms, such as the health care proxy and the Massachusetts Medical Orders for Life Sustaining Treatment. Refreshments will be served.
