Quality Improvement Program

At Health New England, we are committed to making sure that you get the best possible care and service. There are a lot of different ways that we do this, and they all fall under our Quality Improvement Program. Each year, we develop a Quality Improvement Work Plan that lists the activities we do each year. A representative is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (Oct. 1 – Mar. 31: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., seven days a week).
