Have you registered for our secure online Member Portal yet? When you do, be sure to provide your email address so you can get periodic emails from us with information about upcoming Medicare Advantage member events and health and wellness topics.
How to register
Go to my.HealthNewEngland.org and in the “Take Me To” section, select “Member” then click the Register button and follow the instructions. Once you register, you can take advantage of the following helpful features in one convenient location:
» View your ID card online or request a new card by mail.
» View recently processed medical and pharmacy1 claims.
» Find a provider or see who’s accepting new patients.
» Reference the benefits that are included in your health plan.
» View monthly premiums, if applicable.
» Get quick access to Teladoc®, your telehealth benefit.
» Learn about your personal pharmacy benefits, look up drugs and pharmacies, sign up for mail order and more.1
1Pharmacy claims and benefits apply only to members with a Health New England Medicare Advantage plan with prescription drug benefits.
