Below is a brief introduction to several of our vendors so you can become familiar with them in case you receive a communication from them on our behalf.

	Matrix Medical Network We work closely with Matrix Medical Network to offer a comprehensive in-home health visit at no cost to you. Scheduled at your convenience in your own home, the Matrix visit is nearly an hour of uninterrupted time with a licensed, board-certified medical provider who reviews your medical history and medications, and can answer your health questions. 	Magellan Rx Magellan Rx, a subsidiary of Magellan Health Services, is a leading injectable benefits management company. Magellan may interact with our Medicare Advantage members in relation to certain specialty drugs, adherence programs, statin use in persons with diabetes, and our Medication Therapy Management program.
	My Advocate Health New England is proud to partner with My Advocate, a service of Change Healthcare. Through My Advocate, we provide programs that can help eligible Medicare beneficiaries save money on their monthly Part B premium and prescription drugs. My Advocate will support you from start to finish, helping to complete and submit the forms to the right Massachusetts state agency and then monitoring them through completion.My Advocate services are a smart way to manage your health. There is no cost for you to apply. 	National Pharmaceutical Services National Pharmaceutical Services (NPS) is a fully integrated pharmacy benefit manager that services our Medicare Advantage members for prescription drugs.¹ You may interact with NPS in regards to your pharmacy benefit questions and prior authorizations for prescription drugs.
	Teladoc Our Medicare Advantage members have access to Teladoc, our telehealth partner. Teladoc is an affordable and convenient alternative to the urgent care center or emergency room for non emergency medical issues. Always contact your primary care provider (PCP) first for non-emergency medical issues. However, if you’re unable to reach your PCP, you have Teladoc.
