The notice of July 1, 2014 changes includes the bullets below:

• The expansion of HNE’s service area to include all of Worcester County
• Services and procedures that require Prior Approval
• Clarification of the benefit for screening colonoscopies
• Prior Approval requirement for ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) services
• Changes to HNE’s pharmacy benefit, including drugs that will not be covered
