Healthy Directions WebMD Health Quotient Challenge

Take the HQ before November 30^th and you will automatically be entered into a raffle for a new Apple iPad, a $500 Visa Gift Card, a $500 Gift Card to Competitive Edge Ski and Bike, and one of two $250 Big Y Gift Cards. The HQ online can be found at: https://www.webmdhealth.com/hne/ . Once you receive a risk report, which follows HQ completion, your ticket to the raffle will be automatically submitted.

As an added bonus, if an employer group can get 85% of its HNE membership (subscribers, spouses, and dependents over the age of 18) to take the HQ by November 30^th, then they will be automatically entered into a raffle for their very own blood pressure kiosk (similar to what you would find in a pharmacy or supermarket).
