HNE is committed to improving the quality of life and health status of our communities. HNE supports numerous local agencies and organizations through sponsorships; active participation on boards; committees; and through a formal Community Benefits program. Our associates volunteer hundreds of hours in various non-profits based in the four counties of Western Massachusetts each year.
The majority of our 300+ HNE associates work in downtown Springfield and live in the Pioneer Valley, representing the communities in which they serve.
