Below are some enhanced extra benefits you can use to stay healthy and improve your overall well-being. • Telehealth Services for $0 copay with your in-network primary care provider or specialist.
• Teladoc® for $0 copay—Request a phone, mobile app or online video consultation with a U.S. board-certified physician to treat non-emergency, non-chronic medical issues. Go to Teladoc.com/HNE, download the mobile app or call (800) 835-2362 to get started.
• Home Meal Benefit at no cost to you—We partner with Mom’s Meals to provide up to 28 fully prepared, nutritious meals (up to 2 meals per day for 14 days depending on your plan) delivered to your home if you are discharged from an inpatient hospital stay or a skilled nursing facility.
• Over-the-Counter Products Allowance—You have $40 every three months to spend on specific over-the-counter drugs and other health-related pharmacy products through FirstLine^TM Essentials.

• Nutritional Education—Get up to four one-hour nutrition education visits per calendar year.

Reimbursements

• Dental—$250 reimbursement per calendar year.
• Fitness Center, Weight Watchers®, Acupuncture and Activity Tracker—Combined total of $150 reimbursement per calendar year.
• Wig—$350 reimbursement per calendar year if you are on or have recently undergone chemotherapy.
