Bicycle Safety Checklist

Dr. Laurie here. We’ve talked a lot about the importance of wearing a bike helmet, the rules of the road and learning hand signals.
Keeping your bike in good working condition is also important. Last week I saw three bikers who had to stop on the side of a busy road to fix a flat tire. No one wants to be that in that situation!
I found this handy checklist that I think will be helpful to all bikers.
