Adult Preventive Care Guidelines

For Medicare Advantage members, Health New England follows adult preventive care guidelines set by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). You can find Medicare-covered preventive services listed in your “Medicare & You” handbook that you received in the mail from Medicare.

To view the handbook online, go to medicare.gov/medicare-and-you/medicare-and-you.html. You can also search for covered preventive and screening services at medicare.gov/coverage/preventive-and-screening-services.html. If you have questions about preventive care coverage, you may call Member Services at (413) 787-0010 or (877) 443-3314 (TTY: 711). A representative is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. (Oct. 1 – Feb. 14: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m., seven days a week).
