As a Health New England Medicare Advantage member, you know you have coverage for doctor visits and other medical services. But, did you know you have access to so much more that can help you stay healthy and improve your overall well-being?

Below are some additional benefits that you get from your 2020 Health New England Medicare Advantage plan:

• Hearing Aids—Save thousands of dollars on hearing aids through TruHearing®.
• Hearing Exams—You’re covered for one supplemental routine hearing exam per calendar year with a copayment.
• Nutritional Education—Get up to four one-hour nutrition education visits per calendar year.
• Physical Exam and Well-Care Visit—Preventive care visits are covered, and you get a $20 gift card for completing an annual physical or well care visit.
• Vision Care—With EyeMed®, you pay nothing for one routine eye exam with refraction per calendar year.

Allowances and Reimbursements for 2020:

• Dental—$250 reimbursement per calendar year
• Fitness Center, Weight Watchers®, Acupuncture, Over-the-Counter Items and Activity Tracker—Combined total of $150 reimbursement per calendar year
• Prescription Eyewear—$100 allowance at point of service every two calendar years from an in-network EyeMed® provider
• Wig—$350 reimbursement per calendar year if you are on or have recently undergone chemotherapy

2020 Additional Benefits Reimbursement Reminder
Submit your Additional Benefits Reimbursement requests and required documentation by March 31, 2021, for your 2020 additional benefits reimbursable expenses. Form is on healthnewengland.org/medicare/forms.
