Thank you for choosing Health New England Medicare Advantage. We know you have many choices when it comes to your Medicare coverage and we are happy you chose Health New England. We take pride in ensuring our members understand their plans and we are always here to help.
As we approach the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) for 2017, we want to make sure that you understand your health care coverage and all of the benefits that are available to you. As you know, AEP runs each year from October 15 through December 7 and it is our opportunity to review your current Medicare coverage to make sure it still fits your needs for the upcoming year. If you need to make any changes to your medical or prescription drug plan, the Medicare AEP period is the time to do it. We truly value our members and hope you will choose Health New England Medicare Advantage again for 2017.
We understand that some things are changing and we would like to have the opportunity to help explain your options and answer your questions. We invite you to join us at one of our upcoming renewal information sessions to learn more about the changes to your plan for 2017. You will be getting a special invite in the mail to attend one of these sessions. Look for this around the first week of October.
One of the nice things about being a local company is that we are also able to meet with you one-on-one. If you haven’t yet visited our office in downtown Springfield, Massachusetts, we invite you to come in and meet with a Health New England Medicare Specialist* or Member Services Representative.

Attend a Renewal Information Session Near You
Sometimes, Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) and plan changes can be confusing and may seem overwhelming. Health New England would like to help you understand the changes and answer any questions you may have about AEP. We will be holding community meetings during October and early November to review the 2017 changes.
We invite you to attend one of our upcoming Renewal Sessions. Look for your mailed invitation to these meetings the first week of October. We hope to see you there!
