Thank you for being a valued Health New England Medicare Advantage member.
As we approach the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP), we want to make sure that you understand your health care coverage and all of the benefits available to you.
In the coming weeks, you will be receiving your Health New England Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) and Explanation of Coverage (EOC) for the 2018 calendar year. These booklets can seem overwhelming, but they are very important to read. They go over any changes to your current plan for the upcoming calendar year. Look for your purple covered book in the mail.
Sometimes, AEP and plan changes can be confusing and questions come up. Be assured that you are not alone. We are here to help you understand the changes and answer any questions you may have about AEP. This is why we hold renewal sessions just for our current Health New England members.
We invite you to join us at one of our upcoming renewal information sessions to learn more about the changes to your plan for 2018. You will be getting a special invite in the mail to attend one of these sessions. Look for this invitation around the first week of October.
One of the nice things about being a local company is that we are also able to meet with you in person. If you haven’t visited our office in downtown Springfield, Massachusetts, we invite you to come in and meet with a Health New England Medicare Specialist* or Member Services Representative.
