We are changing our appearance, and renewing our commitment to quality and outstanding service.<\/strong>
\nWith your support, we have been meeting the health care needs of our communities for more than
\n30 years. And now, we\u2019re renewing our commitment to our members and business partners through our all
\nnew logo and brand promise: \u201cWhere you matter.\u201d<\/p>\n

We will refer to ourselves by our full name, Health New England, more often than HNE, and we will be
\nsimplifying the way you see us by using one unified Health New England logo for all communications.<\/p>\n

The shape of our new logo represents the things that we strive to be every day: a health plan partner that

\nWhen will I start seeing the new logo?<\/strong>
\nYou can expect to see our new logo regularly on correspondence beginning in February 2016, although
\nthere still may be some places where you see our old HNE logo over the next several months as we work
\nthrough this transition. We are also updating and improving our website, healthnewengland.org.<\/p>\n

You don\u2019t have to do anything \u2013<\/strong> just remember that, as always, we are here for you and our commitment
\nto you is as strong as ever.<\/p>\n

We have included frequently asked questions below\u00a0for your convenience. If you have

Frequently Asked Questions<\/h2>\n

While you don\u2019t need to take any action, here are some answers to questions you may have:<\/em><\/p>\n

Will member ID cards change?<\/strong>
\nWe are working to add the new Health New England logo to our ID cards and will send new
\nID cards to plan members at a future date. In the meantime, members should continue to use their existing ID cards. Members will receive new ID cards if they make changes to their plan, such as adding a dependent. If your client is a self-funded group whose ID cards do not have a Health New England logo on them, they will not change.
\n<\/em><\/p>\n

Are plan names changing?<\/strong>
\nNo. Our plan names will not be changing. Our Medicare Advantage and Be Healthy\u2122 MassHealth plans will no longer have their own logo \u2014 they will instead be using the new Health New England logo \u2014 but the plan name will stay the same.<\/p>\n

Are your websites changing?<\/strong>
\nYes. We are launching a new and improved website. Our website URL will be changing
\nfrom hne.com to healthnewengland.org. However, either web address will work after 2\/1\/16.
\nIf your client\u2019s employees use our new member portal, my.healthnewengland.org, to manage plan information, they should continue to do so. It will be updated with the new logo. There will be no other changes.<\/p>\n

Our broker blog, HNEtalk (hnetalk.com\/broker), and broker portal, HNEDirect
\n(hnedirect.com) will both be updated with our new logo, but their functionality and respective
\nURLs will remain the same.<\/p>\n

Will the new logo be on all of your communications going forward?<\/strong>
\nWhile the new logo will be on many of the communications you and your clients receive going forward, some items may still have our old logo on it while we work through this transition over the next several months.<\/p>\n

Are your enrollment forms and materials changing?<\/strong>
\nYes. We are updating all of our enrollment materials including enrollment forms and kits with our new logo. We will supply new materials as we work through this transition. You can continue to use any existing material in the interim.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
