{"id":4567,"date":"2018-06-11T19:36:45","date_gmt":"2018-06-11T19:36:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hnetalk.com\/broker\/?p=4567"},"modified":"2018-06-13T14:25:30","modified_gmt":"2018-06-13T14:25:30","slug":"recent-portal-updates","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hnetalk.com\/broker\/2018\/06\/11\/recent-portal-updates\/","title":{"rendered":"Recent Portal Updates"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are happy to inform you about the following enhancements recently made to the Broker, Employer and Member portals:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Broker Portal<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Member enrollment will no longer be accepted in the portal past a Division end date.<\/li>\n<li>Brokers can now change the order of the quotes displayed on screen and in the final quote document (i.e., lowest to highest)<\/li>\n<li>In the quoting process, validation of an employer\u2019s zip code will occur to ensure employer is in our coverage area \u2013 if invalid, broker cannot proceed in quoting process.<\/li>\n<li>Brokers can now access and search quotes for a specific company in their Book of Business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Employer Portal<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A new group is now able to register 30 days prior to effective date, and can begin enrolling employees in the portal. A broker can upload enrollment on behalf of an employer group once a Broker Authorization Form is completed. If any changes are needed in an employee\u2019s profile prior to the group\u2019s effective date, please contact Enrollment at <a href=\"mailto:enrollment@hne.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">enrollment@hne.com<\/a> to request the change.<\/li>\n<li>Member enrollment will no longer be accepted in the portal past a Division end date.<\/li>\n<li>Other customer experience and support system updates have been made as well.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Member Portal<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nWe have made several <a href=\"http:\/\/hnetalk.com\/broker\/2018\/01\/09\/member-portal-enhancements\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">general enhancements<\/a> to improve members\u2019 user experience.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are happy to inform you about the following enhancements recently made to the Broker, Employer and Member portals: Broker Portal Member enrollment will no longer be accepted in the portal past a Division end date.
