As a result, from time to time, we update the coverage we provide and change the way that coverage is administered. We then notify our employer groups, brokers, contracted providers, and our subscribers of these changes.<\/p>\n<p>The Semi-Annual Notice of Changes was mailed in April to employer groups enrolled in fully funded commercial plans. The Notice explains amendments to the Explanation of Coverage.
