Good news! The Broker & Employer Portal pilot, which we tested over the last month with a select group of brokers and employers, went very well. The functionality is working as expected and we have received positive feedback.<\/p>\n
We are looking forward to launching the portal on Monday, March 20, and giving access to all brokers and employers. Once live on March 20, we will send an email blast with special instructions for registering and setting up your account in the portal, as well as a link to the Portal User Guide.<\/p>\n
Please note:<\/strong> Your HNEDirect login will not transfer to the new portal. Through the registration process, you will set up a new login for the new portal.<\/p>\n We will continue to keep HNEDirect active for approximately 2 – 4 weeks after the new portal is live. During this transition time, we will be setting up Broker and Employer User Groups (i.e., super users) as each broker and employer completes the registration process in the new portal. Once all super users have been activated and notified, we will disable HNEDirect. We will notify you of that date in a future email.<\/p>\n Broker To-Do List<\/strong> \u2022 Prior to the sunset of HNEDirect, brokers are advised to save old quote history, if needed. To do this, log into the old HNEDirect portal and click on \u201cQuote Log\u201d to download a PDF document for your records.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Prior to the launch, we will be reaching out to those brokerages who currently have Admin Contacts in HNEDirect to verify if those contacts should be made super users.<\/p>\n
